While the suite is part of the main residence, it features a separate, private entrance on the left side of the property and no shared living spaces, aside from the driveway for parking. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own secluded retreat. Other things to note Friendly heads-up: A city project is underway behind the property, with work mainly Mon–Fri during daytime hours.
