Modern townhouse located only 350 m from Mandurah Eastern Forshore. Enjoy easy walking to everything: cafe, restaurants, cruises, playground, supermarket and more. The guest bedroom with dedicated bathroom on the ground floor. Small kitchenette and access to your private patio to enjoy cuppa or takeaway. Shared hallway. Free parking on the street. Neighours nearby can be heard. Our family members lives on the second floor and in the next bedroom. P.S. Not a golfing distinction. The space Very central location, you can leave the car behind and go for a drink, swim or beautiful walk. Townhouse has 2 levels. Guest bedroom is on the ground floor for 2 people. Kitchenette has fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwashing liquid, tea towels. Tea, instant coffee, milk and sugar provided.. There is no dishwasher, in the house. Laundry services is not included. Laundromat is a short walk from the place. Due to the house design, there is no living/dining space for guests outside the bedroom. There is another bedroom downstairs next to yours occupied by my adult daughter who works full-time. Another family members lives upstairs with our cat Boris. Boris is very independent old cat who would probably ignore you. There is free off street parking around whare you can park your car. Please be aware that we have neighbours in a close proximity, hence some house noises can be heard, and occasional cooking for short time. The air conditioning is not in the rooms, but it can be turned on in a very hot day from upstairs and place would feel cooler. Stand alone fans are in the room for your convenience. Guest access The ground floor: bedroom, kitchenette, patio, bathroom, shared hallway. During your stay My mother Nina lives upstairs. My adult daughter Yulia lives in the ground floor bedroom in a close proximity from your bedroom. Yulia works full-time and you wouldn't see her often. Nina speaks limited English, she is very friendly and helpful. She is a Co- host with me. I often meet and greet my guests in person as well as visiting for a friendly chat.
