It's steps from Elkton Brewery, a coffee shop, local stores, and both breakfast and lunch/dinner restaurants. You'll be just 10 minutes from Massanutten Resort and Shenandoah National Park, and 30 minutes or less to national forests, Luray Caverns, Harrisonburg, vineyards, breweries, and many other attractions. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Note that there is a locked door at the end of the hallway to which the guests will not have access. Other things to note The building has one other apartment on the second floor, as well as a vintage retail shop on the first floor. They didn't care too much for soundproofing 100 years ago so there is a chance you might occasionally hear light activity when the store is open (typically Thur-Fri: 11-4; Sat: 11-5). Please note - there is a town ordinance that you must be at least 25 years of age to rent a short term rental, so please be prepared to submit a valid government ID showing proof of age.
