Guest access Guests have access to the condo common pool (not heated) and our exclusive private rooftop located in out unit .And of course, the amazing Isla Verde beach is just downstairs. Other things to note This is a very walkable area, and a car is not needed. However, if you choose to drive, we have one private, covered parking space available on the street level of the secure garage. Please let us know if you will be renting a car during your stay. Uber and taxis are also available in this area. Power Outages Island-wide power outages are a part of life in Puerto Rico and are beyond the homeowners’ control. While usually brief, outages can happen unexpectedly, usually lasting up to a few hours but sometimes longer. We encourage guests to embrace the island experience and be prepared for an occasional interruption if it occurs. Our condo has a back-up battery on the first level to keep cell phones, wifi, fans, the refrigerator, and the microwave connected. Our building has a back up generator to ensure elevators, security features, and common area lighting remain available as well as a 24-hour security team. Our home is also stocked with essentials, such as flashlights and a cooler, to make these moments as comfortable as possible. Windows allow for ocean breezes to cool the apartment, and food/pharmacy options are a block away. We are not able to offer refunds for power outages. If you have concerns, please contact us to discuss! Stairs Access to the second floor and rooftop is via a spiral staircase, which adds to the charm of our home but may not be ideal for everyone. Guests with mobility concerns can still enjoy stunning ocean views and have full access to a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen all conveniently located on the first floor. Essentials We provide basic essentials like toilet paper, kitchen staples, and other necessities to get you started. If you need extra supplies during your stay, a large 24/7 retail pharmacy is just 100 meters away. Building Our penthouse apartment is amazing, and the older building got a new paint job and facelift in March 2025. Some of the surrounding buildings are not as nice. The secure parking garage also contains the trash dumpster, which can sometimes be overly full and smelly. We and the other condo owners try to take very good care of our building.
