The space Welcome to our charming ground-floor flat, ideal for up to 4 guests! The property features a warm living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms offer double beds for a peaceful night's sleep away from the street buzz at the rear of the flat. The generously-sized kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, kettle, and toaster. Unwind in the living room on a spacious sofa while catching up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, equipped with Freeview. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the flat. If needed, please use the back garden for it. While we adore pets, unfortunately, our place can't host furry friends. Kindly note that the fireplace in the living room is not permitted for use due to the smoke control regulations in our area. Both Stamford Brook and Turnham Green stations, a pleasant 12-minute walk away through lovely, leafy streets, are equidistant from the flat. A handy tip is that Piccadilly line trains stop at Turnham Green on Monday to Saturday until 06:50; on Sundays until 07:45; and after 22:30 every evening. This comes in quite handy for catching a flight from Heathrow or returning from the West End. Oxford Circus is a 40-minute journey, Hyde Park is 30 minutes away with the 94 bus, and Big Ben is a 40-minute ride on the District line. Additionally, Acton Central overground is a 16-minute walk. The bus 272 has a stop just around the corner from the flat, providing a convenient option for those who prefer not to walk. Easily access London's largest shopping centre, Westfield London, by taking bus 207 or SL8 Superloop. The property can only accommodate the confirmed number of guests, and any extra guests not mentioned in the booking won't be accepted. Convenient on-street pay and display parking is available at the front of the property. Tucked away in a quiet residential area, we kindly ask our guests to keep noise levels in check, as our place isn't the best fit for lively parties.
