Condo in Truckee

Come enjoy this amazing mountain town! Winter is approaching and a vibrant time in Truckee and Tahoe too. Ski, snowboard, cross country, snow shoe, or just take in the views and fresh mountain air! Stunning views of Northstar and downtown Truckee. It is walkable to downtown. 20 min to Palisades/Alpine, and Sugar Bowl, 10 min to Northstar. Close to Donner Lake and north shore of Lake Tahoe, family-friendly activities, restaurants & bars, shops, & public transportation. The space You will have a single guest bedroom with a queen bed and desk in my two bedroom, one bath, second-floor condo. It is walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, bars, the Amtrak station, and buses to resorts and main attractions. You can't beat the million-dollar views from this second-story condo overlooking downtown, Northstar, and Mt. Rose! There is a large covered deck to enjoy as well. Guest access Full access to private bedroom with queen bed, desk, closet, curio and nightstands for storage. There is SHARED full bathroom with a tub/shower, kitchen, living room, and dining room, as well as large outdoor deck with stunning views! *Full access to the kitchen for meal preparation can be made available upon advanced request. During your stay I can offer local tips on getting around, activities, restaurants, and more. I am happy to interact as much or as little as guests would prefer. I do live in the space and work from home, so expect to see me for at least part of your visit. Other things to note PET FREE: This is a pet-free and smoke-free home, so we are free of those particular allergens. PLEASE NOTE: The Town of Truckee applies a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and a 1.25% Truckee Tourism Business Improvement District (TTBID) Assessment to short-term rentals, for a total guest assessment of 13.25%. My nightly rate is set to accommodate this additional cost. My Registration Certification Number (RCN) with the Town of Truckee is STR22-00014. This is a "hosted rental" per the Town of Truckee with a maximum occupancy of (2) people excluding children under thirteen (13) years of age and open street level parking.
