Hello, Welcome to my Shawlands apartment and I hope you enjoy your stay. The property is in a quiet wee street - a 2 minute walk from all the local shops, restaurants and coffee spots. The space The property is a cosy 1 bedroom tenement style flat, with master bedroom (king size bed), living room with L shaped couch, small newly refurbished traditional style bathroom and a small internal kitchen. Other things to note My property does not come with a washing machine but there is a local dry cleaners located approximately a 2 minute walk from the flat.
