The space The guest will be having access to the entire of his Private cottage in a private garden along with a Common In-house Café Space and the outdoor Jhula showcasing majestic 180-degree views. More info about property: The property is spread out in a fenced ~25,000+ Sq ft Mountain space with over 70+ Apple, Apricot, Pear, Plum and newly harvested Kiwi trees along with a lot of organic seasonal vegetables growing within the premises. The cottage sits right in the middle of the property facing a 180-degree view of the majestic snow clad mountains and valley. There are fruit orchards, beautiful village homes, friendly smiling Himalayan village locals inviting you for a warm cup of tea and village trails in the immediate neighborhood. The cottage comprises of a 50 sft huge window that will showcase you the mighty mountains and a beautiful view 24*7 from the comfort of your bed. On a clear morning, the rising sun and the white golden peaks can be captured in one frame from your bed that feels like a natural theatre mesmerizing you right from the time you awake to the chirping of birds. Binge watch your favorite shows with a setting of a 32-inch Smart TV in front of you and a 50 sft window on your right to showcase the magnificent scenic views from your King sized comfortable bed. We also have a private WIFI router in our cottage boasting of 100 MBPS Speed for you to stay connected with your work and loved ones. We also have an in-house café/restaurant for all your culinary needs and a special mention to our Pahadi MasterChef Mr. Tara, So you would as well try the local delicacies of Kumaoni food. Or, you can just stay cozy in your bed looking through the wide glass window at the wide view of the mountains. Guest access The guest will be having access to the entire cottage, the cottage comprises of a King Sized Double bed, a 50 SFT Window to showcase the 180-degree view outside, a center table, 2 sofa chairs, 1 Smart LED TV, Attached washroom with Geyser, shower and every amenity needed with a private balcony and a private view of the mountains/valley. The guest will also have a shared access to the inhouse Cafe and indoor games section. Extra bedding can be arranged on additional payment. Other things to note Distance: The property is at ~7 hours drive from Delhi/Noida, and 8 hours from Lucknow. 2-2.5 hours scenic drive from Kathgodam railway station/Haldwani . Roads are wide, and remain clear during all seasons. We can arrange for a local taxi to pick you up from the Airport/Railway station or for your local sightseeing at best prices. Parking: The parking spot is 150 meters (3 min walk) from the property on a well-marked straight safe cemented trail. Our staff shall be there at the parking spot to assist you. Food: We have an in-house Café/restaurant that has a wide array of options from Local Kumaoni food, Crunchy Snacks, North Indian food and Farm to table Organic.
