The space On the ground floor there is an open plan between living room & kitchen with kitchen island, a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, two bedrooms with 120 cm beds & a room with a junior bed (Bedroom 6 in the pictures that I did not count as a real bedroom) and a bathroom. Basement has a living room with workspace, two bedrooms with 180cm beds & a 140cm sofa bed in one bedroom. A toilet & a separate shower room. Outdoor space and large lovely deck with sun-protected dining area, trampoline in the garden and large lawn. Both charcoal barbecue and gas grill are available for guests. Large parking lot with room for up to 5 cars and electric car charger available. About 3 km to both swimming and restaurants in Gottskär. Proximity to both communication (bus), about 10min walk, the bus takes one into Kungsbacka in about 30 minutes and then train on into Gothenburg. Guest access Access to the whole house, the garage will be locked so you will not have access.
