Wood included, beds made on arrival The space In the heart of the natural park of the Orient Forest, come and discover this charming picturesque gîte "Chez Annie". Discover the Lakes, Troyes and its factory stores, but also the vineyard, and the specialties of Chaource. A tennis court is available in the village, see the terms with the owners. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a TV, a table and 6 chairs at the foot of a fireplace. A spacious kitchen will allow you to cook to perfection, (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine). All this is completed by a laundry room, a cellar, a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. On the first floor, you will have access to three bedrooms: two double bedrooms (140 x 190 cm bed), a twin bedroom (2 90 x 190 cm beds) and a toilet. A large enclosed plot completes the cottage. Pets are allowed free of charge. Electric heating and wood are included in the price. The beds will be made upon your arrival.
