The space The apartment's 86 m2 is spread over two levels and stylishly decorated with modern furniture. Lovely small holiday home with all modern facilities. The apartments ground level holds a small hallway, a kitchen-dining area in combination with the living room where you will find a cozy sofa and TV corner. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with one double bed. Stairs will take you from the kitchen-dining room to the 1st floor of the apartment. Here you will find a loft, with sloping walls, but a nice hight to the ceiling, so you will have no problem standing upright. An additional two double beds are found here. From the kitchen-dining area you have access to a lovely balcony with a great view over the town and the marina with the lovely Bindesbøll fish warehouses. If you choose to dine in you can find fresh fish for sale at the marina to cook at home and enjoy on the balcony on warm summer evenings. This holiday home is located in short walking distance of everything: the beach, the pedestrian street and marina where you can enjoy music and parties during the summer. Skagen's Museum and Ancher's House are also only a short walk from the holiday home. Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Kattegat and Skagerrak meet, can be reached in ten minutes by car or a small hour on foot. This home is a good combination choice with apartments: 020124, 020126 and 020127, all located in the same building. PETS: Pets not allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: Tenant must be 45 years of age and present throughout the rental period. Family, children and friends under the age of 45 are of course also welcome. In the parking basement two private parking spaces for the apartment, No. 18 and No. 22 (narrow parking space). There is a lift to and from the apartment down to the basement.
