Minutes from 696 & 75, great location to everywhere The space The main floor has a queen size bed, dresser, two nightstands both with touch lamps with phone charging ports, mirror, closet with hangers. Smart Tv Kitchen equipped with dishes, flatware, utensils, cookware, glasses, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven-stove. Bar top with 3 bar stools. We have snacks, toaster, toaster treats, coffee and coffee maker. Hot cocoa on the chilly days and tea. Bathroom, towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, bath bombs, some extra razors, nail files ect under the sink and of course what’s a bathroom without a rubber ducky! Living room- kick your feet up and relax, reclining chair and couch both have charging stations for your phone on the side. Smart tv Bedroom upstairs - 2 full beds, dresser, table with touch lamp with charging station for phone and smart tv. Guest access Full use of entire home, no access to garage. Full use of driveway (2 cars) Backyard not accessible if it rains, please keep this in mind. Backyard tends to fill with water. We are still working on the landscaping and the back yard.
