"Parque La Mina" house

Our house is located in the old town of Bullas and is located in front of a very large park full of vegetation and a small soccer field. It is a very quiet place. If you are lucky you can see the squirrels running through the trees You won't have any parking problems, as there is usually always room. And you can walk to the center of town through any of the streets, crossing the alleys of the old town, in less than 5 minutes. The space The house is spread over four floors: _Main floor, which you will access from the street. You will enter directly into the living room. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower and the kitchen. -First Floor: In this floor we have 3 bedrooms; 1 with two beds and 2 with a double bed (one of them has a bathroom with a sink and toilet). _Second Floor: On this floor you will find an open area with a sofa, TV, and fireplace. From there you can go out to the house's terrace overlooking the park and the village. _Cellar; it is the basement of the house which is accessed from the living room on the main floor. It is an open area where the washing machine, water heater, table and chairs and a double bedroom are located, which is interior (since it was the old cellar) the coolest place in summer and the warmest in winter. Perfect if you don't want to hear a single noise. Guest access The house has a terrace at the top.
