Do you provide free room service during my stay ? ~ No, There is a charge of RM40 for room cleaning requests. 6.1 Can I request additional towels or have towels changed ? ~ Yes, you may do so with surcharge of RM10 per towel. 7. Do you provide bathroom essentials? ~As part of our eco-friendly initiative, we avoid providing disposable bathroom essentials such as teeth brush, paste and comb to minimize environmental impact (you may get it at lobby convenience stores for an items may need) 8. Do you allow Cooking in the Apartment ? ~ We do not allow cooking and frying in the kitchenette. Cooking in this area can lead to unpleasant odors permeating throughout the entire apartment, especially since our apartment design integrates the kitchen with the living space without any separation. However, we do offer microwave ovens and electric stoves as alternatives for preparing simple meals. We also provide cutlery and dishes for our guests' convenience. These options are suitable for light use and do not generate excessive odors.
