On the land there is also a larger house, where only the entrance is shared. Guest access The property is 220 meters from the beach. There is no access by car, the car is in the parking lot at the foot of the hill. The trail is dirt, and on the way up there are two small, slightly steep stretches. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, overweight, very old, and infants. In case of rain, the climb is difficult for these people. DO NOT BRING TOO MANY THINGS, SUCH AS WHEELED BAGS, THE CLIMB IS ON FOOT AND IS NOT PAVED. You do not need to bring water, (IMPORTANT.. READ CAREFULLY) the water comes from the spring, is drinkable, totally pure, without the addition of chlorine, fluorine and other metals or chemicals.. and in the house there is also a clay filter, for even greater safety. The car area is intended for those who live or are staying here on our mountain! It's an area with rotating parking spaces! Other things to note - We do not recommend the accommodation for the elderly and people with physical difficulties due to the inclination of the trail. - It is important to arrive while it is still daylight, as the trail has some parts without lighting. Bring flashlights in case you need to arrive at night. - The trail is unpaved, making it more difficult to climb up to the house on rainy days, as it becomes slippery and wet. Therefore, it is important to bring suitable footwear, a raincoat, etc. - Avoid excess luggage, due to the steep trail, bring the essentials! Remember that you are going to a place in the midst of nature, there is no way to avoid butterflies, fireflies, birds, insects such as moths, cicadas in summer, small beetles, and mosquitoes. It is advisable to bring insect repellent.
