With a custom dining table that comfortably seats 14 (and up to 16 if needed), three spacious King bedrooms for the adults, and a massive 6-bed bunk room for the kids, this is the perfect multi-generational getaway. Located just 10 minutes from downtown/stadium, spotlessly clean, and tucked away for total privacy. The space Enjoy a completely remodeled and newly furnished home with enough space for multiple families just minutes from downtown Ann Arbor! This house was gutted and completely remodeled in 2023 and we purchased it as a full-time AirBnB rental. We're experienced SuperHosts and travelers, and have designed this space with guest experience in mind. The Highlights: Dining for 14 or 16: No splitting up for meals. Everyone eats at one massive table. Adult Comfort: 3 Bedrooms feature King beds and high-quality linens. The "Bunk Warehouse": A dream room for kids/singles with 4 Twins and 2 Full beds. Outdoor Living: Large patio with BBQ, perfect for post-game relaxation. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 16 Comfortably): We offer real beds for everyone—no air mattresses required. Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5 (Bunk Suite): 3 Twin Beds + 3 Full Beds (Sleeps 6-9) Sitting Room: Queen Pull-out Sofa (Sleeps 2) Living & Gathering: The main floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, plenty of seating, and a large TV. The open-concept flow connects directly to the dining area, so the cooks never feel left out of the conversation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except for 2 locked closets in hallways where we keep cleaning supplies and extra linens. Other things to note Please note that this house and all the houses in this neighborhood are serviced by dirt roads. It is approximately a 1/10 of a mile drive from the nearest main paved road (Dexter Ann Arbor Rd). There is enough space in the driveway to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and plenty of street parking. There is a garage with space to accommodate one vehicle, although large vehicles (like a Ford Expedition) cannot fit inside due to its height.
