Spacious traditional 3-bedroom, 2.5-baths, designed for comfort, has modern amenities of Air-Conditioned bedrooms, High-Speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. This home is rich with love, history, and a tropical vibe. The space This is a semi split-level home with steps in 4 specific areas: There is single step up as you first enter onto the patio and into the house. 4 steps are on the inside of house leading up to the bedrooms. 4 steps in the garage leading up to for entering into the house. 4 steps at the backdoor leading outside to fully access the backyard. *Master Bedroom has a queen bed, closet & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. *Bedroom 2 is spacious with one double (full) bed, wardrobe closet, a Mahagony vanity set with 3 mirrors, and is adjacent to the second bathroom which is shower only. *Bedroom 3 has one double (full) bed, plus one single (twin) bed and can be converted into bunkbeds. Large closet space with drawers, and a built-in vanity desk/mirror. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and is air-conditioned. The dining room has seating for six (6) and the living room, with large television, has a 3-seater bamboo sofa, love seat and 3 single chairs. Both areas have ceiling fans. There are landline house phones to make/receive local calls only, which are located in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 18.2 cu. ft. top freezer & bottom fridge, 30" gas top stove with oven, stainless steel Cuisinart brand pots and pans, microwave, Mr. Coffee Maker (with filters onsite), air fryer, mixing blender, rice cooker, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and a mahogany breakfast table that seats 4. There is a laundry/washroom with washing machine, toilet, small sink, a double laundry sink, iron and ironing board. House is supplied for use by our guests with bath towels, hand towels, facial towels, and multiple sets of sheets for each bed. A spacious front patio has a table with 6 chairs to provide an ideal ambience for semi-outdoor dining. Along with a set of 4 outdoor chaise lounge beach recliners to enjoy watching a lovely Caribbean sunrise or just relaxing in the sun. There are also 4 portable beach chairs with shoulder carrying bags, lawn darts, pickle ball paddles and balls, playing cards, Jenga, and an In-House Bluetooth Speaker for connection to your lap-top or, phone for your own musical playlist enjoyment. Guest access TAT Fairway is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploration: Nestled just a short 10–12-minute walk or 2-minute car ride away from access to the island’s well-known Miami Beach. Ideal for sunbathers, swimmers, yoga enthusiasts, and families building sandcastles. Or Freights Bay: A haven for surfers and windsurfers, just 3–5 minutes away on foot. Oistins Fish Fry: Experience the vibrant culture of Barbados with live music, island cuisine, and unforgettable Friday nights just minutes away. The entire house (except for the under-home storage cellar) is available for your island pleasure usage experience and enjoyment. Guests are also welcome to make use of the backyard where there is plenty of space to occupy any additional personal downtime should you choose. However.... NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC, and NO LARGE GATHERINGS!! If you are renting a vehicle, please utilize the attached single car covered garage, along with its easy entry point of access into the house. This property is equipped with wrought iron protection on all windows, and it serves as a secondary point of added security at each entry door to prevent unwanted access. For guests' additional security and peace of mind, there is an outside video surveillance system which monitors all access points of entry to this residence. "T.A.T." is an abbreviation of a song title recorded and released by Cyndi Lauper in 1983, called "Time After Time". Fairway is a golfing term defined as: Where the grass is cut at a shorter length than the “rough”, which is usually along both sides of the fairway. Our home has a great level of personal space and privacy because it is physically bordered by 2 fields (aka. the "rough") and aligns quite appropriately with those descriptive parameters.
