As requested by the waste management service, they ask to please have the trash cans out on the curb those days no later than 6 am (Handle to the curb). If you are unsure which trash can to use then please dispose in the brown trash can. Disposing of trash in the wrong trash can will incur an additional fee of $75. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 per pet fee. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $250 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. ★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★ This home is equipped with a doorbell camera that begins to record and monitor when motion is detected.
