Cozy guesthouse in Slussfors, Swedish Lapland

Welcome to Your Lapland Retreat in Slussfors! Embrace the magic of this 80 sqm sanctuary with 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace. Ideal for cozy evenings surrounded by Lapland's beauty, it's a haven for nature lovers: fishing, skiing, discgolf, hiking, berries and mushroom picking. Perfect for a holiday escape or when passing through the area. The house has a large lawn and offer several parking places. In the village Slussfors, we have a very nice store. The space You enter a smaller cloakroom for outerwear and come further into the hall, where there are more clothes hooks. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, baking accessories and a table (with an insert) with 6 chairs. To the right is a large living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and a smart TV. Further into the house is a toilet with washing machine and shower and two bedrooms. A larger bedroom with a 180 cm continental bed (2x90 mattresses a little softer) and a bunk bed suitable for children/teenagers. The smaller bedroom has a double bed (2x90 cm wellpur mattresses). Both bedrooms have several wardrobes and duvets and pillows for everyone (no bed linen). Just behind the house there is a prepared exercise loop (summer and winter) and the Kirjes-river (Kirsjesån) with excellent trout fishing flows into the Umeälven just around the corner. Fishing in the Umeälven or nearby lakes such as Järvsjön, Magasjön or Boksjön is top class. Boat ramps and/or windbreaks are usually available. Guest access You have access to the entire house, several parking spaces and the entire yard with a large lawn, seating area, barbecue and a smoker.
