This amazing place offers prime location with only 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and even shorter walk to the year-round Saffies General Store, seasonal family restaurant Le Gouter and more. The town of Victoria Beach is only about 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike with access to playgrounds, ice rink and community activities. The space This gorgeous brand new cottage offers a 7 person hot tub, a fire pit and 2 large decks with outdoor shower, a hard-top screened gazebo and more. Inside the cottage you will find a large open-concept living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings and large windows that allow the sunlight to flood the space. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for perfect entertaining or cooking. Dinning space features a large expandable dinning table for big family gatherings. The living room also offers a cozy sitting area with a 65'' HDTV and beautiful fireplace. The cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. Guest access In the winter the boat launch provides access to snowmobile trails across the lake to Elk Island which is a Provincial Park. There are plenty of snowmobile, cross country skiing and snow shoes trails in the area. You can find information about trails on the AllTrails app. There is a skating rink, tobogganing hill, community bonfire with convenient access to washrooms located at Victoria Beach Community Centre, just 5 minute drive from the cottage. So make sure to bring your skates and sleds. Victoria Beach is a famous location for ice fishing. Access to the lake is conveniently located off the boat launch just minutes away from the cottage. Other things to note We provide enough supplies to get you started with all your basic needs (4 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel, cleaning products, propane tank, garbage bags, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, flour etc.). We also provide bed linen and towels. Beach or hot tub towels are NOT provided Absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the cottage. NO candle lighting inside the cottage (Beautiful battery operated candles are available). To keep this place allergen free, unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property The septic tank is located on the left side of the front yard of the property. It is covered with a lid, but since the hole is large, you must ensure your children understand that they cannot be allowed to play with that lid or be close it. Falling into that hole is dangerous and can result in serious injuries. Please note that the fire pit can be used year-round as long as there is no fire ban in place during your stay. Liability Waiver: You understand that staying on our property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with walking, hiking and staying in our units. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may arise from walking, hiking and staying in our units. You understand there are potential dangers on being on this property for guests that have health issues, mobility issues or are intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur to either yourself or other guests on the property. If you are traveling with a pet, damage caused to the property or physical damage to other guests by said pet is your responsibility. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners of Lakeside Getaway property (Yana and Denis) for accidents or claims arising from hiking, staying or any other activity conducted on this property.
