Comfortable house in the city with a great location. Quiet street in front of a wooded square. On the way to the trails and waterfalls. Guests have easy access to markets, produce, pharmacies, restaurants and shops, and can walk to their purchases. The house is spacious and cozy. All walled, safe and airy. Two pleasant balconies and parking for 3 vehicles. Home office and fully equipped for longer stays. We are Pet friendly. The space The house has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the one in the suite is small but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and has a large table for guest interaction. Backyard and front balcony with 2 hammocks, a small table and chairs. In the back, there is a large service area and a small backyard with a table, chairs and barbecue. In the single room, there is an extra bed in one of the beds. The double room can fit 1 single mattress on the floor. The living room sofa turns into a bed and fits 1 mattress on the floor. The parking lot can easily accommodate 3 cars. The house is in front of Praça do Coreto. With complete privacy and all walled. Guest access The house is totally private for guests. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only in the outdoor areas. Loud music is also not allowed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Do not use bed linen and bath towels for other purposes. We accept pets but they cannot climb or sleep on the beds or sofa. If the animal has these habits, the guest needs to bring their own bedding and a blanket or cloth to cover the sofa. Please be kind to the house and the amenities it offers. Everything has been placed and designed to provide better comfort and a good experience for guests.
