A warm family house to stay in

A newly built home still fresh , and a good heating system . The house is always warm , access to a spacious kitchen with all amenities. Only 2 people stay in the house my brother and I. The house is a 4 bedroom , and very cosy. The motor way is easily accessible and there is a virgin gym a walkable distance from the house . Centred in Collingtree we have a mini Tesco and fish and chip 5 minute away by car. Train station 12 minutes by car £10 by taxi , and Waitrose is a drivable distance . The space The room is a double room . The property is a semi-detached with free parking available . There is a spacious bathroom and a down stairs and upstairs toilet . All amenities are avialble in the kitchen a washer dryer , kettle , toaster , microwave , and fridge . No restrictions to using the kitchen and wifi . Guest access Guests can use the bedroom bathroom kitchen lounge area .
