Charming apartment, chalet and cozy atmosphere, located in a residence at the foot of the ski slopes of the Sauze resort. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The apartment is a duplex of about 40 m2 fully equipped and comfortable with a small balcony. The space On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine and plancha. There is a TV in the living room as well as an internet box with fiber. There is also a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, baby bed and secure barrier system upstairs for children. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage. The first bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a cabin bed that can accommodate children. The second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a TV. The apartment has a ski locker that can accommodate skis and boots. It is located on the ground floor and provides direct access to the foot of the slopes. The Les Séolanes residence is in the heart of the resort, close to all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, restaurants). Hotel Le Montana, right next to the residence, has a 500 m2 sensory spa and a restaurant. There is also a swimming pool with a wellness area 300 meters from the apartment that is open all year round. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Sheets and linens are not provided. However, it is possible to rent them from the Ubaye concierge with whom we work: - Double set that includes double fitted sheet, duvet sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels: 28 euros Cleaning is not included, if you do not wish to do it yourself it is possible to book it with the concierge for 75 euros.
