Holzhäusl am Nationalpark - (St. Oswald)

The new wooden cottage, as an age parlor for the owners, is ideal for people who want to retreat in peace and enjoy nature. The space Hammock and armchairs on the upper floor offer a fantastic view of the nature reserve "Klosterfilz", in which wild animals such as deer, deer and foxes can be observed at certain times. The green spots in front of the house are also on the green areas in front of the house. The hiking trail "Kreuzotter" leads directly past the house. The nearest trail is just 100 m away and the NP center Lusen is also within walking distance in just over two hours - so you are welcome to leave the car on the parking space. On the ground floor of our wooden house is everything you need to live: Kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and WC. With a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer combination, a cozy Swedish oven and a washing machine in the bathroom, you can live well in any season. The large relaxation room on the upper floor offers two futons, which could accommodate two additional guests if necessary. A sep. WC with wash basin completes the equipment. In the garden you will find two raised beds, a lawn on which you can light a fire in a large grill bowl and not far from the entrance we have created a small pond in which all kinds of water animals can be observed. Note: We have deliberately decided not to place a tv in the cottage. Wi-Fi is available. Our house is located a little away from St. Oswald between the Bavarian Forest National Park and the nature reserve "Klosterfilz", which borders directly on our meadows. "Almost like in Canada" is a common statement from our guests. Not far from the main house you can rent our small, cozy wooden house as a holiday home. Completed in 2022, the gem offers unobstructed views directly to the Klosterfilz Nature Reserve. Outside you can use the large grill bowl for campfires. The hiking trail "Kreuzotter" passes not far from the house and a trail is within walking distance - so you can leave your car on the parking space. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
