The space As you enter the home, you'll find yourself in a beautifully decorated dining room that's perfect for hosting family dinners. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals with ease. But the real highlight of this home is the stunning sea view seating area that provides an unobstructed view of the ocean. It's the perfect place to sit down and read a book while enjoying the beautiful scenery. When it's time to unwind, take the steps leading up to the vaulted living area with a fireplace and views out to sea. The high ceiling gives the space a grand feel, and the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll be able to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean while staying cosy and comfortable. If you choose to go right, you'll make your way to Polzeath village, which is also a beautiful spot with plenty to see and do. Other things to note Tregirls welcomes two well behaved dogs, but please be aware the perimeter fencing is of a low height.
