The large and airy living room opens onto the terrace with a breathtaking view over Marigot bay and the hill of Mont-Jean. Furnished with a sofa and wooden tables in a refined ethnic spirit, this great room is the perfect place to bond and make memories while being relaxed as the island’s mild breeze blows through the windows. The large, recently renovated kitchen is perfectly equipped with an electric oven and gas stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer, and a hood.Cook gourmet meals or snacks while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. On the covered terrace, you will find a beautiful dining area with a wooden table to enjoy your meals al fresco. The third bedroom is located below the terrace, through a relatively steep staircase which may not be suitable for everyone.
