Perfect starting point for a vacation on beautiful Öland, newly-built villa in Färjestaden with proximity to the Öland Bridge. The house is well located in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, a short walk from the sea and swimming. A house with all the amenities you could wish for and large areas for socializing. Garden with patio for nice barbecue evenings and hot tub. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Electric car charging available. You are welcome to enjoy Öland! The space The house has a spacious hall with access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Combined kitchen and living room with lots of light. In the kitchen, you have access to the patio and the living room, which invites you to have pleasant dinners. In the kitchen, of course, there is everything you might need. Living room with a large sofa set, TV and dining area in case the weather is unexpectedly bad. The dining table is extendable and can reach up to 2 meters. The house's bedrooms are divided between the two ends of the house. One end offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a 120 cm wide bed. Adjacent to these two rooms, there is also a large bathroom with both a shower and a whirlpool tub. The other end of the house has a living room with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower. Here are the house's third and fourth bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed set up as a children's room. There's also a crib available if desired and a double air mattress. Throughout, the house is bright and tastefully decorated. The garden has undergone changes and now has a large wooden deck with a dining area, lounge furniture, barbecue and hot tub. For the children, there is a playhouse, swing and trampoline. There is access to an electric car charger; we can agree on the possible use of this. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for a closet that will be locked. We prefer that guests refrain from lighting the stove indoors, it should not be needed during hot summer months. On the property, there is also a garage that will be locked. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are available in the house. Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. Cleaning is done by the guests before check-out.
