Welcome to the beautiful Folsom City. Our house was built in 1989. This house is very comfortable and warm. The community here is safe and quiet. Our house is not only suitable for family outings, but also for business trips. It is fully equipped to make you feel at home. Whether you are relaxing or working on a business trip, Within a 4- to 10-minute drive, there are shopping malls, shops, restaurants and conveniences of all sizes. It is only about a 3-minute drive from Folsom down town. The space Our house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a family room, a kitchen, and two dining areas. The property includes both front and back gardens; the backyard boasts a beautiful swimming pool, which we fully renovated and refurbished in March of this year (March 2026). The backyard also features a basketball hoop—with basketballs provided for our guests' use—as well as a small putting green for golf practice. Additionally, we have a barbecue grill available in the backyard, allowing you and your family to relax and enjoy a pleasant family lifestyle. Guest access All facilities in the house are available (rooms, bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, living room, washing machine). The swimming pool, basketball, mini golf green, and outdoor chairs in the back garden are all available. The barbecue grill needs to be cleaned immediately after use. Other things to note Remember!
