The space Rest Lake Retreat is one of the few places where you can capture serene woods and lake views, while being only seconds from restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops! Upon entering Rest Lake Retreat through the oversized mudroom, you will see high ceilings that showcase authentic log beams and a wall of windows facing the lake. In this main living area, there is a dining space, living room with a wood burning fireplace, and a kitchen with extra seating around the island. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom just down the hallway past the kitchen. The upstairs of this home holds the master suite. This lofted master suite has a sitting nook overlooking the main floor that boasts a stunning view of the lake, as well as a beautifully done full bathroom with shower. As you head downstairs, you will find another living space, additional bedroom, and a full bathroom. Attached to the downstairs, but separated off by a wall with glass door, is a fully finished, year-round, sitting area. This space offers you breathtaking views of the water, an enclosed office, and a door leading right to outside! Outside of Rest Lake Retreat, is a large lawn that leads right to Rest Lake. There is also a three-season dry boathouse that showcases it's proximity to the water through a glass garage door. Inside the boathouse is different seating options, and a ping-pong table. Just off the property, is access to miles of paved bike trails that can bring you to many bars, restaurants, and shops.
