The two bedroom cottage is located on a secluded hill and guests enjoy complete privacy with a fully serviced experience. We are locally owned and operated. This traditional Kumaoni cottage has a large deck for guests to spend time outdoors admist forest land. ++ Kitchen and Dining +We have a designated dining area, alll meals are made to order and served fresh. +Guests have exclusive access to the fully equipped kitchen 24x7. +We serve wholesome food with locally sourced ingredients. +Guests are welcome to request and advise their food preferences in advance. + Accomodation We have two bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The property can accommodate 6-7 guests comfortably. Extra bedding is arranged in the bedrooms and/or in the common room outside the bedrooms. ++ Network & Internet + The property is Wi-Fi enabled. + Vodafone Idea is the best signal carrier, other networks are not so reliable in the area. + Important ** Accessibility : Please note that our property parking is located about 800m off the road. To reach the property from parking, guests have to walk around 50m ( <5 mins ). The walk is not arduos but may be a challenge for guests with accessibility issues. ++ Transfers from Nainital, Haldwani, Almora, Mukteshwar, Kathgodam railway station, Pant Nagar airport, the closest helipad, and other locations are easily available. + Driver / Staff Accomodation : We provide shared accommodation for drivers on our property upon request. ++ Experiences The surise view from the property is spectacular. There are various walking and hiking trails that guests can enjoy. 1. Vridh Jageshwar to Jageshwar Dham 3kms. 2. Jageshwar to Kasar Devi. 3. Steep walk to Sunset view point. 4. Walk from the property to Mirtola Ashram, upon checking their timings and seeking prior permission. 5. The closest market is in Panuwanaula - 2.7km away. This is a lovely market where you will find all manners of goods and services. Please note : 1. Feel free to elaborate upon your preferences and to make inquiries. 2. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rooms an living spaces. 3. Guests are advised to assess accessibility. 4. Ensure that you do not leave your pet unattended and clean up after them, if you are traveling with one. 5. We will require valid photo IDs of all guests prior to check in. Guests coming in from various parts of the country can expect smooth sailing and assistance for arrivals to our doorstep. Guests can immerse themselves in the colour and culture of the vibrant Almora region of Uttarakhand " देवभूमी" India. The city is well connected by roads and hosts thousands of travellers every year. It holds a special place in Indian history and it gives us great pleasure to be able to host guests in this wonderful hill town.
