Bedroom 3/living room: 2x (160 x 200) and 1x (90 x 200) bed + couch The rooms are equipped with bedside tables, a closet, a smart TV and a workstation with a chair. The spacious kitchen invites you to cook and linger together. It is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer 390 l (2 m), kettle, two microwaves, two coffee machines and all utensils for daily use. The large dining table, which can be pulled out, can seat up to 10 people. The first bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen and is ideal for a nice barbecue evening. Chairs, tables and a charcoal grill are available. If required, a large gas grill can be used (surcharge by arrangement). There is another house next door that can be requested. The adjoining house is about 46 m² (attic apartment) for another 3 + (1) people and thus a total of 10 + (2) people: Each bedroom has separate single beds. Bedroom 1: 1x (90 x 200 cm) bed + desk. Bedroom 2/living room: 2x (90 x 200) bed + sofa bed The rooms are equipped with bedside tables, a closet, a smart TV and a workstation with a chair. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in each apartment. The basic equipment of the apartment includes cleaning utensils and consumables. A linen package (2 towels and 1 bed linen per guest) is available for our guests on arrival and is included in the price. If required, an iron and ironing board can be provided. Parking for two cars is on the property and is included in the price. Neuendorf is a small but very nice and quiet village in the immediate surroundings of Rostock. The city limits of Rostock are just 2 km away and 5 km to the city center. By bus you can travel from Neuendorf within 19 minutes directly to Rostock city center until 10:30 pm. There are a variety of shopping opportunities in the surrounding area (Globus, Kaufland, Aldi, Netto). Furthermore, the outlet center (Hanse Outlet) is in the immediate vicinity (15 minutes on foot).
