It's not the perfect home, but it's a lively, colorful and welcoming home. I live there and it's furnished in a very personal way. Close to the historic center and a stone's throw from the train station. A 5-minute drive from exit 6 of the ring road. About 200 meters from the new Navile technical-scientific university center. 500 meters away is the new neighborhood that hosts services, businesses and many new places to drink and eat. 3rd floor without elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly. Naturist friendly. The space The house has two rooms, one of which is mine and the other is for the guest, in addition to the kitchen (shared with me) and the bathroom (shared with me). In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook (dishes, pots, etc.) as well as salt, sugar, oil and the essentials to make food. Bed sheets and towels are provided by me. In the room, there is a closet where you can put clothes. The apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator. The tourist tax applied by the municipality of Bologna is €3 per person per single night of stay (€4 for single travelers). This tax is not included in the price indicated and will be paid directly to me during the stay. Minimum stay: two nights. Guest access Guests can access every room in the house except my room. During your stay I will be available to guests during their stay in person or by phone, depending on my work commitments. Other things to note I am a music teacher and will be happy to organize short themed courses if the guest wishes. In particular, I will be very happy to introduce the guest to that wonderful and fascinating instrument that is the accordion.
