Located only 18 minutes from downtown Greenville is our renovated ranch style home sitting on a massive acre corner lot. This private home boasts mature trees, and multiple driveways (fits several vehicles, RVs, etc.). Inside, be treated to an open concept modernized home with a brand new king size master bedroom and luxury bathroom. If you are looking for space (5 Beds/3 Baths) for the whole family, privacy, and a house to call home while visiting our beautiful city then this is it! The space This renovated home has central HVAC controlled via smart thermostat, LED lighting throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and multiple TVs for everyone in your guest list to watch and relax. In the backyard, we built a patio deck with a ramp in case you need a step free entrance to the house. PLEASE NOTE: This property has a finished basement unit that may be habited during your stay. This unit has its own entrance and driveway that is separate from the main house. Access between both units is blocked by two doors that are locked for everyone’s safety. In addition, in the back there is garage that can only be used by us as the hosts. Guest access Guests have access to the property via Smart Lock to the property with a keycode that will be unique during your visit. Codes are created and deleted based on the set check-in and check-out dates of your travel. The home will have free parking, wi-fi, and full use of your washer and dryer. Other things to note This home is located in a residential neighborhood in the city of Mauldin. No smoking or vaping allowed at the house. No parties are allowed.
