Great quiet location across from the golf course, steps away from the nature trail, and complete with a separate artist studio or writers retreat (or use as a workspace if working remotely). Fenced-in backyard with deck and comfy chairs to relax in. The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with a bath on each level. The remodeled kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake and a large dining table. The front room has a cozy propane fireplace and AC /heating units upstairs and down. The art studio also has AC/heat and a wood stove. Wifi available and an HDMI cord to hook to your device to stream your favorites. (NO cable tv available) For golfers, we have a golf cart ready for you to use on the course across the street. Downtown Burns is minutes away along with parks and restaurants. Crystal Crane Hot Springs is 25 min away. A wonderful place to go and soak and enjoy the water- in all seasons! Guest access Easy access and plenty of parking- Park on the side with the garage, and you will come into the house through the sunroom.
