Divine Vista Stays: The property is nestled between the skirts of Phansad Wildlife sanctuary and the Arabian Sea. You can have a break from your persevering daily life from the metropolitan and step into this beauty to spend your quality time, enjoying the fiery waves along the beaches of the Konkan, lip smacking sea food. The property offers unfathomable views of the sea and mesmerising star gazing views. The space There are 8 Chalets in the property. The property is currently being developed in a phased manner. Guests have access to swimming pool,gazebo & lawn area. Food options : We have a full time chef at the property. We serve Indian,Chinese & local cuisine including seafood at additional charge. The food is served in room or in the outdoor patio. Atleast 1 of the 3 hosts is available full time at the property. Note : 1) We can accommodate maximum 3 person in a room. Additional charges for the third person have to be paid at the property. 2) There maybe other guests at the property. The guest has to be responsible to comply with the rules of quiet hours (i.e no loud music after specific hours, using pool during the designated timings). 3) Smoking is allowed in the balcony and open areas in the property. No smoking inside the rooms. 4) No restrictions on responsible alcohol consumption. 5) There might be light development work in the property. However we ensure this doesn’t bother the guests. 6) We don’t have provision for driver sleeping arrangements. 7) The guests may encounter monkeys,stray dogs at the property. Feeding food to all the animals is restricted at they might potentially cause nuisance in the property. 8) Extended check in/check out subject to availability and shall be chargeable.
