A manor house from sea tales, with a Baltic atmosphere, awaits you. Spacious - about 200m2, on its own private plot of 6,000 m2. Romantic interiors smelling of breeze, amber color, bathrooms next to bedrooms, premium equipment. Beautiful here all year round. It is comfortable to be here with loved ones - we have a large kitchen and dining room, a large table, full equipment! Two living rooms - day and evening - invite you to be together. Make yourself comfortable by the fireplace, have dinner on the terrace, relax on the sunbed. The space We have 4 double bedrooms with comfortable beds (you don't sleep on sofas here :)). Each bedroom is different, each comfortable, with fragrant bedding, reading lamps, a wardrobe and ergonomic lighting. The house is friendly to large families, we warmly welcome children of all ages. It is prepared for allergy sufferers. We take care of the obvious comfort. The fireplace has a raised glass, the shutters do not knock, the fan works silently, the contacts are at hand, the travertine on the floor heats in winter, and the freezer is useful in summer. The gate and windows open remotely, and mosquito nets protect all doors and windows. The house is cool in summer and warm in winter, it does not need air conditioning even in the heat. The evening lounge, the so-called "sitting", is used for lounging, playing games and watching HD and DVD movies together on Smart TV 65. A large covered terrace with a dining table and armchairs is the heart of the house in summer. The sun zone with a bed, hammocks and sun loungers invites you. Next to the barbecue area with a Tuscan fireplace (wood included) and a traditional barbecue. We provide full privacy in the property "My home is my castle" :), away from the street, behind a row of trees, next to the forest. We have a room for bicycles, tourist, garden and beach equipment - everything you need :)) Guest access MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS The residence comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, including children. The house is large, but all bedrooms are double. We can put a 120x60 baby cot in one of the bedrooms. LENGTH OF STAY DURING SUMMER HOLIDAYS During the summer holidays, we invite you in weekly cycles Saturday-Saturday (and multiples). FACILITIES The entire Residence is at the disposal of the Guests, together with a bicycle shed, garden and beach equipment and the entire vast area. The exception is a plot of land behind the bridge by the forest, which serves as a gardening facility for the Residence. TERRACES We have 2 terraces and 2 entrances. South terrace: large, stone, covered, serves all guests. The north terrace, small, is the private terrace of bedroom no. 2. REMOTE CONTROL The entrance gate and roof windows are remotely controlled. This is a convenience and a necessity because the main living room is 7 m high (and the windows are openable and equipped with blinds) BICYCLE AND GARDEN EQUIPMENT SHELTER It is located on the premises of the Residence, about 50 m from the house, it is covered and spacious. You can store beach, garden and tourist equipment in it. You will also find sun umbrellas, chairs, armchairs, sun loungers, swings, garden hammocks, badminton equipment, balls and beach toys for children, even a beach windbreak. PARKING As many cars as you need can be parked on the premises of the Residence :)). We have no limits. 8 bicycles will fit under the shed. WHAT TO DO IN THE BALTIC RESIDENCE? The residence is large and interesting. It makes you independent of the weather, gives you an alternative to a pleasant time at home, even during "storming" :). It provides children with activities, and parents with peace of mind. Beavers are busy building dams, sometimes a fox or a deer appears, eagles fly in the sky, cranes scream, storks come for dinner, and swallows live in the bicycle shed. The residence is part of nature. It is worth remembering this. Please do not enter the area under the forest with the sign "no passage". This is an undeveloped area, the gardening facilities of the Residence and the kingdom of beavers (they are under protection). They build their dams, sometimes creating a lagoon in the ditch. Its edges may be slippery. PETS Basically, we do not accept pets. Sometimes we make exceptions for small, well-behaved dogs that do not chew on the wooden balustrade, do not throw themselves at the door, do not dig holes in the garden, and allow neighbors and forest animals to live in peace. Always with prior consent and an additional fee for the stay and a deposit. We then send the Regulations of Stay with a Dog.
