This is the perfect location for those looking to explore the salt pond via kayak or paddleboard. Multiple beaches are close by and a parking pass to South Kingstown Town Beach will be provided for guests. The space The house is a ranch with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The open living area consists of a kitchen, eating area and living room. The large deck provides additional living space to enjoy the warm sun and salty air. Other things to note Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels. If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.
