However, the 2nd floor rented is private and exclusive to guests! It's not a suite rental, it's the entire 2nd floor of the apartment! The space It is a Duplex Penthouse, with the 1st floor of the penthouse being *EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE HOST*. And the 2nd floor is for *EXCLUSIVE USE BY THE GUEST*, and is therefore a private space. The shared part is the entrance hallway and the room below, where there is access to the stairs (as shown in the photo).
