Unwind in the tastefully upgraded interior, complete with all the amenities needed for a seamless stay including a heated outdoor pool, 4 oversized hot tubs, a sauna and laundry. Free parking! FYI Peak 9 at the Breck Ski Area closes March 29, 2026. The space - Completely gutted and renovated with new furnishings, flooring, appliances and finishes. - Top floor corner unit. Please note there is no elevator as this is a small ski condo complex. - Walk to the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort (approximately 5 minutes) to the Quicksilver Chairlift. This access services all skiing abilities and has a hub for ski school, lift tickets, rentals, and lockers. There is also the Maggi Restaurant for food and drinks! - "Lofted" one-bedroom with a king bed that is open to below. The sofa converts to a flat bed that can sleep 2 people. Linens are stored inside! - Balcony/outdoor space. - Mudroom with hooks, cubbies, a ski rack and space to store your outdoor gear. - Walk to downtown Breckenridge via a lighted pathway for shopping, dining, nightlife, spas and more. - Walk to the bus that will take you through town, to the ski area or to the transit center to access the rest of Summit County and other towns. - Access to the Pool and Hot Tubs which was also recently renovated. There is a heated outdoor pool, restrooms, and 4 oversized hot tubs (2 covered, 2 uncovered). - Quick access to all levels of hiking and biking trails taking you into the National Forest. Can also be accessed in the winter for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. - The lower level of the building offers a sauna and coin-operated laundry. - Please note there is no air conditioning. Evening temperatures in July average 37-43 degrees. Daytime average temp at the height of the summer average 70-75 degrees. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo outside of the locked owner's closet. Guest can also access the outdoor pool and hot tub amenities (code 33272#), plus the sauna on the lower level of the building ad coin-operated laundry. Please note there is no elevator as this is a small ski condo complex. Other things to note We do not provide refunds for any weather related cancellation or road closures. We live in a high-alpine environment so please prepare with an appropriate vehicle. Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet elevation so keep that in mind!
