Guest access Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area! There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home! Other things to note Pet friendly upon approval. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
