The space This property does not share any common space with other guest. There are 2 spacious rooms and 2 full bathrooms . Both rooms can accommodate a king size bed. One of the rooms has an option for 2 twin beds instead of the king size bed. A full kitchen with appliances and dish-ware. There are two parking spots. There is a hot tub on the balcony with stunning views. We have beach umbrellas. Guest access All of the space on the property is accessible. Other things to note We are located on a hill which allows for our panoramic views, because of this we would recommend renting a vehicle for your stay. This will also help with getting around Sint Maarten, there are no Uber or similar ride share programs.
