Property description Our house has 11 rooms, just steps from Zicatela beach. The hallway close to the rooms offers easy access, although there may be some noise for the location. We have Starlink for internet, but in Puerto Escondido, a developing city, power outages or network may occur. We are close to restaurants, bars and antros, and we offer scooter and ATV rentals to explore the area. The space Unattended parking: We have parking on the road, equipped with a security camera and good lighting for added peace of mind. However, it does not have continuous surveillance. We recommend insuring the vehicle and not leaving valuables inside, as we are not liable for damage or loss.” Our Airbnb is not located directly above the beach, but about a 3-minute walk away. Thanks to this proximity, the rooms have a beautiful ocean view for you to enjoy the tranquility and scenery, but without the hustle and bustle of being right on the shore Other things to note Important details to consider before booking: 1. On the ground floor there is a restaurant that operates from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. This can generate some noise during the day, especially in the mornings. 2. For convenience, we recommend bringing ear plugs if your sensitive to noise, to make sure you get a good rest. 3. Important: We don't have hot water, so it's something you should consider before booking. 4. The kitchen has some basic utensils 😊, however it is not fully equipped. We want you to have a pleasant stay, and that's why we share this information for you to take into account before your visit.
