Welcome to our charming mountain retreat! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking Granby Ranch, our 3-bedroom home is designed for an easy, comfortable, family-friendly getaway. Located in Granby Ranch, 2 minutes from Ski Granby, our home strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the mountains while still having easy access to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and more. The space Our spacious and well-appointed home features three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and restful night's sleep, and two comfy living rooms. The house is decorated mostly with art from local artisans. And there's even a whimsical, secret playroom for kiddos! The main floor has an entry way for getting ready to head out for a day of skiing, hiking, or adventuring and unloading after a long day out, an open kitchen, two living rooms (one large family room and a bonus sunroom with couch, TV, toys, and more), and two eating areas (a formal dining room and a breakfast nook). The kitchen has all the necessities including dishes and bowls, cups and glasses, pots and pans, all eating and cooking utensils, coffee maker, mugs, and ground coffee, tupperware, and cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc.). There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms, a bathroom in the master bedroom and another shared full bathroom. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king size bed, large screen TV w/ Roku, walk-in closet, 5-piece bathroom, and annex for extra space and a futon for an extra sleeper; Bedroom 2: Queen size bed and private closet; Bedroom 3: 4 twin beds and private closet. There is also an oversized desk, perfect for getting some work done or being able to work from home for the day or two. Outside we have a gas grill w/ cooking utensils, hot tub, deck, fire pit, and lighting. Step into relaxation with our private hot tub, where you can unwind and soak in the stunning mountain scenery after a day of exploring the great outdoors. Guests also have access to the oversized 2-car garage w/ ski racks. Guest access The entire home is dedicated for guest use, including use of garage. Other things to note Ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or a friends' retreat, our home provides the space and amenities needed for everyone to enjoy a memorable stay. The house is stocked for families, including toys and games, a pack-n-play with sheets, high chair and booster seat, some kids utensils, and in-unit laundry machines. Our second living room is perfect for the kids to play and watch their own TV (if they’re allowed, of course). There’s also a secret playroom in the master bedroom. All TVs in the house are setup with a Roku in Guest Mode so you can easily sign in to all your favorite streaming services and then have it automatically sign out upon checkout. The house uses a smart lock on the front door and garage. The access codes will be released prior to check-in. 4WD is highly recommended to access this home in the winter.
