House in Mongaguá - facing the sea, with pool

A super spacious house, in front of the beach, just across the street and you're already on the beach, the house has 5 bedrooms, all with television and programming to watch movies and series, the living room is very large with sofas and a super 60-inch television, the house is super safe with security cameras at the entrance and on the sidewalk, we are about 1.5km from downtown, markets, pharmacies and warehouses are on the streets behind the house. Our pool is 2x5 long and 1.40 deep. The space The house faces the beach, just open the gate, cross the street and you're on the beach. We have a view of the beach directly from the living room, and from the gazebo that is above the house. Other things to note All rooms have a television, one of them is smart and others have devices to transform into smart. It is super easy to use, with the device and TV turned on. Select the app you want to use, whether YouTube or an app to watch movies, select the desired movie and press Ok.
