Short distance to skiing opportunities, both downhill slopes and large cross-country skiing trails. There are tough bike trails in the hill right by the house, and fishing opportunities nearby. The place is suitable for a small holiday for the family, or for couples who want to go on a trip together. The proximity to Highway 7 makes the place suitable if you need an overnight stay on the way between east and west. The space Here with us you can enjoy tranquility and views, or seek activities nearby in summer and winter. Topoåsen is located a short drive up from the house, where you can enjoy long walks on the snowy mountain with both shoes and skis on your feet. Swimming opportunities in mountain lakes and cozy swimming area by the river nearby. The house is newly renovated with a new bathroom, toilet/laundry room and newly renovated kitchen. All rooms were renovated in 2023. Guest access You rent the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Basement is not available for tenants. The plot on the 1st floor is at your disposal.
