The entrance door leads directly into the L-shaped open space living, dining and kitchen area. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms (one of the beds is French 140 cm x 190 and the other two are EU double cm 160x 190) and the two bathrooms. A bathroom with shower is inside the master bedroom while the second (with two sinks, shower and washing machine) is accessed from the corridor. The house is equipped with carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher. The apartment overlooks the Visgnola district and the mountains behind Bellagio with an L-shaped balcony. A view characterized by the lush, fresh mountains and the characteristic architecture of Visgnola's hamlet Guest access The whole apartment is reserved for one group at the time. You can access the pool using the elevator to floor -2, crossing the upper garage and reaching the garden and the pool Other things to note Tourist Tax to be paid cash at arrival (from 11 years old) : 3€/day /person till max of 7 days. The property is at 22 MINUTES WALK from the center. Four e-bikes are available to move around Bellagio Area. An bike rental is available just below the property if you need more than four. E-bikes are subject to technical problems that cannot be always solved shortly by somebody who is not a dealer or renter. Therefore we cannot guarantee they will be always available. Their use is limited to Bellagio Area and their collection and return will be done at Bellagio Sailing office, in Pescallo Hamlet 15 minutes walk away. If you really want to enjoy your holidays have a look at the boat tours that I personally organize since 2016 with Bellagio Sailing. If you do not plan to rent a car on check in/out day the most comfortable way to reach the property is by taxi. Please ask for a taxi of trust to book. The bus Lecco- Bellagio from/to Lecco Train Station is the cheapest and easiest way to reach Lake Como Retreat by public transportation. You can buy bus tickets at the newspaper stand inside Lecco train station. Public Buses run 1 time per hour till 7 PM , doubled during WE and in summer season in the afternoon . Local transfers by Taxi are available from 7 PM to Midnight for evening amusement. Close-by: small grocery store, pastry shop/bar, cafè, 1 restaurant, one pub.
