The lower level features two bedrooms, added queen air mattress the master suite features an elegant En-suite with spa bath also a view from the private balcony. The space This 2 floor townhouse come with a complimentary use of buggy, it is fully managed by owner himself and clean by lovely local clean lady/housekeeper. if you have question, please feel free to contact host directly , all island and resort facility like pool, bar and restaurant are more than welcome to use during your stay. Resort pools will be shared with other resort guest please follow resort opening/close hour and pool rules Children: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always monitor when children are Present, and children always be supervised at pool area/town house balcony/where with open space/open windows Keys: will be contacted by host regarding check in instructions 24 hours prior At the end of the agreed tenancy, Guests /tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return key to the property (or valet staff), any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up (push little square button at back of door locker and shut door ) each time you leave the property. Cleanliness and damages: Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants/ Guest stay will be paid for by the tenants/Guests; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels, mattress protector(especially TANNING LIQUID or material marks can be required to pay for all replacement) The tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating. Dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away, rubbish is to be taken out (bin is located at purple general waste house at complex entry). Extra cleaning fees will apply (min $150.00) if extra cleaning is required. Events or party: No event or party will be allowed at the property penalty and extra charges will be applied. Parties can lead to misbehavior of guest resulting in house damages happens. please do not book with us if you intend to have an event. Pets: Strictly NO PET!! Even only a short pet visit!! kids painting/drawing It delightful to have kids around could we please ask kids not to do any painting or drawing or coloring on carpet, rugs, beds, towels, walls as we did have few stays with paint marks cannot wash off at other Airbnb property If ignored this will incur extra clean charges.
