Comfortable beds in cozy bedrooms for peaceful sleeps Guest access Guests will have full access to this large 2600 square foot home split between two levels. The home is fully furnished and includes all bedding, towels, bbq, large hot tub, free WIFI, multiple TVs equipped with Netflix/cable and a dream kitchen fully equipped to host large functions. Other things to note Please enjoy your stay at The Song Bird House, but treat the home as if it were your own and respect the neighbors. All pets need to be cleaned up after and kept on the property otherwise additional charges may occur. Please ensure the hot tub is kept clean and soap free. If the hot tub needs to be drained after your stay there will be a $200 fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or hot tub.
