Located at the end of a long driveway with it' s own private entrance, this cozy cottage has windows front and back to let in the San Diego sunshine. The large furnished private patio space complete with seating for your friends and a fire pit to set the scene or throw a ball for your best furry friend. The bedroom features a new queen bed and mattress, a large closet, 5 drawer dresser, bedside lighting with charging ports and black out curtains and ceiling fan to insure a perfect nights sleep! If you are an early riser enjoy the San Diego sunrise from your cozy bed! Due to it's compact size this unit is not ADA compliant. Talmadge neighborhood is close to all that the City of San Diego has to offer. Recent furniture upgrade not pictured to include modern and comfy reclining sofa with USB ports. The neighborhood is hard to beat with it's craftsman homes and pretty tree lined streets. You can walk to our local tap house (Clem's Station), GEM coffee shop of take a 5 minute drive to Kensington where you will find great eateries, wine bars, coffee shops, a brewery and Stehly Farms organic market. 5 more minutes down Adams and you are in trendy Normal Heights with its antique stores, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Make Talmadge your home away from home, you won't want to leave! Other things to note There is a security camera outside, the unit pointed towards the street for your safety. There are no cameras inside the unit or on the back patio.
