Ancient 14th-century house in the medieval village of Collemucioli in the countryside of San Gimignano. For those who want a relaxing holiday listening to the crickets in the evening and the rooster crowing in the morning, the house is in a quiet location along the Via Francigena. In the immediate vicinity there is a medieval watchtower dating back to the 11th century, while with a walk of 500 m you can reach the ancient and beautiful Romanesque Church of Cellole, with a beautiful view of San Gimignano. The space The property is fully fenced and closed with a gate; it has an independent and private entrance and garden. Large private parking. Complimentary WiFi The large garden is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs for alfresco dining and a barbecue. The house is divided into 2 floors as follows: Ground Floor: Kitchen with antique fireplace (kettle, toaster, Sat TV, microwave, fridge, electric oven, gas stove, American coffee maker, American coffee maker, moka, high chair), bathroom (shower, hairdryer). First Floor: Living Room, Double Bedroom, Triple Bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, cot), Bathroom (shower, hairdryer). Other things to note Mandatory Accommodation Tax (to be paid in cash upon arrival): €2.50 per day per person for the first 5 days (children under 12 years of age excluded). Cleaning to be paid separately: €50 for the entire stay. Late check-in after 8:00 p.m.: we ask for a surcharge of €20 (to be communicated and agreed with the host) Your animal friends are welcome, maximum 2, for which we ask for a supplement of €40 each. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for the first week. Additional linen is provided for a small fee upon request. LPG heating: NOT included.
